Battlefields last one song EP, "Entourage of the Archaic" was impressive, but
this debut full length takes stoner metal to a whole new level. This is some
of the most bleak, heavy, and interesting music i've heard, easily as good as
ISIS at their prime. They also build on the style with interesting samples,
and postrock passages. You better have your bowl packed when you put this on,
and pick it up for the awesome art on the cover.
