Perhaps youÆve happened across ZoδÆs siren tones before..her tracks
"Swollen" and "Private Road" joyously appeared on the first Bent Album,
"Blow Me Down" and "Sweet Bird" jumped out of the first Neon Heights
album and one might have bumped into "Crazy English Summer" on an earlier
Faithless studio album..or live around the globe, the most memorable
being Glastonbury 2002.
Now happen sheÆs thrown off all those well intentioned producers and 
gone solo with her stunning self penned and produced debut album
"Happenstances", containing songs she has enchanted her commune family
with for 20 years now and tunes developed whilst being on the road with
Faithless. Zoe dedicates this album to her dad, a political writer for
CND and the Labour party of old, and her greatest fan, for whom she has
just written first novel too.

These stripped emotional-acoustic songs..chart the ups and down of love
and life from a truly unique point of view. Her elephant brain
(her own words) seeks perfection in detail and her songs glides freely
from your heart and back, through fantastical harmonies and serene musical
landscapes. Pure, unique and eternal folk music for these times.
