Again another fine promotional release. Watch out for this pure crazy goatrance music by one of the last true melodic psytrance artists. Here's a recording of a Live performance of Filteria, at the GoaWay party in the forests of Sweden, in June 2005. If you know his first album Sky Input, you'll notice all tracks from it are remixed, the others are unreleased! If you're addicted to melodic mornings, twisted unreal melodies and crazy climaxes, this is the sound you're looking for! Jannis "Filteria" is a producer from Stockholm, Sweden, 22 years old. His first contact with psychedelic music was in 1996 after buying some Goatrance compilation. He got amazed by the energy of the music and slowly started buying equipment to make something of his own. After 5 years of tweaking and playing around with midi, he bought himself a new computer and started this psychedelic project in 2003. As an artist he tries to keep the true spirit of psychedelic trance by having lots of melodies and sound-layers. He has been strongly influenced by the sound of 96-97 especially by the Italian maestros Etnica-Pleiadians but he found his "Filteria style" and keeps it up to date. His first live performance was in late 2003. Since, he's been sending dance floors to space several times both in Sweden and Europe, and soon in South America. Filteria released his first album "Sky Input" in November 2004 on Suntrip Records, several tracks on compilations in 2005, including Phase3 on Etnicanet, has tracks scheduled with Tranceform and Kagdila, records and trusted Suntrip again for his second album, "Heliopolis" due in January 2006. Suntrip Records is an independant Franco-Belgian label founded in 2004. Because during the last years "full on" releases were getting more and more stereotyped, they produce more melodic psy-trance like in the good old times, but with modern production.
