Warning were formed by Patrick Walker (cousin of Solstice (UK) and Isen Torr guitarist and The Miskatonic Foundation founder Richard M. Walker) and drummer Stuart Springthorpe in Harlow, Essex.

After two tours (one of the United Kingdom with Solstice and one of Europe with Jack Frost (Aut)), mainman Patrick Walker put the band into hibernation to concentrate upon his other love, acting, for several years while Springthorpe concentrated on teaching. The band then regrouped some years later and released Watching From a Distance, followed by various live shows, but as of January 2009 is disbanded.
