Описание:

Программа давно уже завоевала огромную популярность как отличное и стабильное средство для работы с пиринговой сетью BitTorrent. Написана с использованием языка Java, что упрощает задачу по его запуску под различными операционными системами, не только Windows, но и Linux, MacOS X и их аналогов. Подойдет как новичкам, так и профессионалам. Интерфейс программы довольно прост и понятен (имеются три режима для различных уровней подготовки), несмотря на большое количество функций и всевозможных настроек.

В последнее время разработчики сделали основной упор на расширение возможностей программы, а на интеграцию с web-сервисами. В данном случае речь идет от Vuze – собственном проекте от разработчиков Azureus. Это online-треккер для скачивания видео высокого разрешения. Среди ассортимента пользователям предлагаются как трейлеры и короткометражные ролики, так и некоторые фильмы.

Программа также поддерживает сторонние модули, которые значительно расширяют ее функциональность. Авторы настоятельно рекомендуют использовать последнюю версию Sun Java Runtime Environment 6.0/

Vuze (formerly Azureus) is a free BitTorrent client used to transfer files via the BitTorrent protocol. Vuze is written in Java, and uses the Azureus Engine. Vuze offers multiple torrent downloads, queuing/priority systems (on torrents and files), start/stop seeding options and instant access to numerous pieces of information about your torrents.

In addition to bittorrenting, Vuze allows you to view, publish and share original DVD and HD quality video content. You can see content through channels and categories containing TV shows, music videos, movies, video games and others.
